Directions: For adults and children age over 12 years: Apply 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril twice a day, every 12 hours. Do not: exceed the maximum of 2 doses in 24 hours; use in children under the age of 12; or use for longer than 3 days. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
