Jet lag: Take 1 caplet once daily at bedtime, while traveling and at destination until adapted to the new daily pattern, or as recommended by a physician. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Recommended Dosage: Adults: All uses except jet lag: At or before bedtime, 1 caplet daily or as recommended by a physician. Melatonin Dual Action - Timed Release. Consult a physician prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraine.
