Quickly insert tapered end into the ear canal, and hold until foam expands(approximately 30 seconds). Recommendedfor single wear only as wax, dirt and moisture can reduce productperformance. Do not use if damaged or soiled. To remove, gentlytwist and pull earplug out of ear canal.Caution: If discomfort or pains arise in ear, discontinue use and seek medicalassistance. Swallowing an earplug may interfere with breathing which couldresult in serious injury or death. Donot use for diving or water protection.
