Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a peptic ulcer or excess stomach acid. If you experience dizziness, weakness, muscle cramping, heart palpitations, hypertension, increased sweating, blurry vision and/or gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or excessive salivation, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals.
